Summer Youth Summit – Nashville, TN

Greetings everyone,

It is time to start talking about the youth summit this summer. As many of you know it will commence in Nashville, Tennessee this July 8-12. We are really excited to be taking our youth group this year! We currently have space for 40 students and we are about halfway fully committed. So there are about 20 spaces available. Of course if more of our youth would like to attend we can charter another bus and get another block of hotel rooms. Praise be if that is the case.

The summer youth summit is a great opportunity for our young adults to meet others from across the nation and share in their knowledge and love of Christ. YS is always a fantastic learning experience and a great Segway into our missions work. As many of you know we have a mission trip to New Orleans in late July to minister to the needy families and young children of the area through a free, no cost summer camp.

About Youth Summit 2020:

Transportation leaving St. Marthas on July 7th by charter bus from Icon Executive Transportation. If you would like more information about our Nashville charter provider click here.

We will be staying at the JW Marriott in Nashville, TN. This is about two blocks from the conference center and if weather permits we can walk, otherwise we’ll utilize our bus. If for some reason more than 50 want to attend we can get another bus from Icon and more rooms from Marriott.

All meals will be provided. Our coordinator has planned a great menu of food from local Nashville restaurants that will be catered for breakfast and lunch. Dinners will be together as a group at the following restaurants.

July 8th – Maggianos Little Italy
July 9th- Hattie B’s Hot Chicken
July 10th – Pucketts Grocery
July 11th – Merchants

On the 12th we’ll depart Nashville after the conference concludes and overnight travel back to St. Marthas via bus.

We will also attend mass at St. Mary of the Seven Sorrows during our visit. The teens will have an ice cream social and mixer after dinner on the 11th.

The cost per attendee is $750 – again all food, transportation, room and board, event ticketing to the conference and concerts are included.
